Appointments are in person only at this time. Virtual visits are not currently offered.
Insurance information must be provided prior to your appointment to begin the verification process.
Please include your insurance company name and member ID number in your appointment notes
when scheduling or upload your insurance information promptly after booking. Same-day
insurance verification is not available. Patients without verified insurance should be
prepared for self-pay pricing if proceeding with care.
Appointments are released on a rolling 45-day schedule. If you don’t see a time that works, please
check back as new dates are added regularly.

We currently accept Aetna, Ambetter (by Superior HealthPlan), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas,
Medicare, Sana Benefits, and UnitedHealthcare.
Plans in Progress (Not Yet In Network):
Oscar Health, Cigna, HealthSmart, Humana, Sendero Health Plans, TRICARE, MultiPlan
We are actively working to contract with these plans. At this time, all are considered out-of-network.
Patients may choose to proceed with self-pay and will be provided a superbill for possible
reimbursement.
Medicaid: Pending approval (not yet accepted)
